• We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues
• We reserve the right to suspend services for violations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and business data. Clients agree to keep our proprietary methods and business information confidential.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon completion of project-based work

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for Indian clients and UK law for UK clients. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the respective jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
