3. Uploading Products

• Sellers (Authors) must ensure all uploaded products are original, free from third-party rights infringement, and meet the quality standards outlined by CodeX.
• By uploading, you grant CodeX a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your digital products.
• Violations, including plagiarized or harmful content, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

4. Purchases

• All sales are final due to the nature of digital products.
• Refunds are not generally unavailable, except in cases outlined in our Refund Policy go through it.
• Buyers must ensure compatibility of products with their systems before purchasing.

5. Licensing

• Purchased products are licensed, not sold. Buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as per its license terms.
• Redistribution or resale of purchased products without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading or selling products that violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Sharing or distributing purchased items to unauthorized parties.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• CodeX provides a marketplace for digital products but does not guarantee the performance, functionality, or suitability of individual items.
• CodeX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products.

8. Payments

• All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate payment details; CodeX is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

9. Account Termination

• CodeX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or other reasons deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
• Terminated accounts for violations will forfeit any pending earnings or balances.

10. Amendments

• CodeX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
