Hyderabad: In yet one more case of alleged harassment, a newly-wed girl died by suicide at her home in Hyderabad.
The incident happened within the space that falls below the jurisdiction of the Amberpet Police station.
Harassment by in-laws
The lady, aged 21 years, who’s recognized as Nazneen Begum, was married to Ayub Jabri, a resident of Golnaka in Amberpet, in November 2025.
As per the main points of the case, the lady was allegedly dealing with harassment by her in-laws.
Newly-wed Hyderabad girl threatened
Lately, Jabri reportedly demanded cash and gold ornaments and began harassing the lady.
He additionally threatened to kill her if she did not convey the cash.
Unable to bear the harassment, the lady died by suicide by hanging herself on Sunday in the home in Hyderabad.
Primarily based on the criticism, police registered a case in opposition to Ayub Jabri.
