Six United Nations peacekeepers from Bangladesh have been killed and eight extra have been wounded in a drone assault on a UN base in Sudan on Saturday, UN Secretary Common Antonio Guterres mentioned.
The drone strike hit a logistics camp of the UN Interim Safety Drive for Abyei (UNISFA) in Kadugli, the capital of South Kordofan state.

Sudan’s authorities and navy blamed the paramilitary Fast Help Forces (RSF) for the assault.
