The Congress on Friday introduced that neither social gathering chief and Rajya Sabha chief of the opposition Mallikarjun Kharge nor Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi have been invited to the state banquet in honour of visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin, on Friday .
