According to the Department of Electronics, IT, Bt and S&T, Allegiance Group will invest around ₹1,000 crore in the development of the park. Over the next five years, the project is expected to create nearly 800 direct jobs, supporting sectors such as semiconductor components, PCB manufacturing, chip design and broader electronics production. Officials said the initiative aligns with national efforts to expand domestic manufacturing and build a more resilient supply chain.
The agreement was formalised in the presence of Chief Minister of the state, Siddaramaiah and senior state leaders, who emphasised that the partnership is focused on building specialised infrastructure and attracting technology-driven investments—not on announcing headline-grabbing commitments. The project also includes plans for skill development and collaboration with academic institutions to prepare talent for advanced manufacturing and R&D roles.

Executives from the Allegiance Group noted that the park will enable Taiwanese companies to scale their India operations and work more closely with local suppliers. For Karnataka, the initiative forms part of a broader strategy to develop future-ready industrial clusters and reinforce the state’s position as a competitive hub for high-value technology sectors.
