On the event of Navy Day 2025, the Indian Navy has taken one other important step in direction of strengthening India’s defence innovation ecosystem below the imaginative and prescient of Aatmanirbhar Bharat. A proper contract has been signed between the Indian Navy and Crimson Power, the winner of the India iDEX Problem, for the event of a complicated indigenous maritime analytics platform named ‘Deepdarshak’.
‘Deepdarshak’ is envisioned as a complete AI/ML-driven maritime analytics system, incorporating cutting-edge applied sciences to boost real-time situational consciousness, operational effectivity and strategic decision-making capabilities throughout naval operations.
This collaboration underscores the Navy’s steady dedication to empower Indian start-ups, promote indigenous R&D, and speed up the adoption of next-generation digital applied sciences in maritime safety.
The signing of this settlement marks a significant milestone in fostering innovation throughout the nation’s defence panorama and highlights the Navy’s proactive function in nurturing home-grown technological options.
