NAVI MUMBAI: After years of delays, the Navi Mumbai Worldwide Airport (NMIA) formally opened for industrial operations on Thursday, offering a second gateway for air journey within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area (MMR).On its first day, 4 airways — IndiGo, Air India Categorical, Akasa Air, and Star Air — will function round 30 home flights.
