Goa Authorities Orders Demolition of Vagator Seashore Shack Owned by Luthra Brothers

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has ordered authorities to demolish the unlawful ‘Romeo Lane’ seaside shack at Vagator, owned by the fugitive house owners of the fire-ravaged nightclub, after finishing all formalities on Tuesday (December 9, 2025).

This shack is the third property owned by Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra. They flew to Thailand simply hours after a serious fireplace killed 25 individuals on the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in Arpora round midnight on Saturday (December 6, 2025).
