
CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Charleston Police say one man is lifeless and a second is being searched for homicide after a weekend taking pictures.
In line with Charleston Police, Joshua Partitions, 31, of Charleston suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach in an incident at a Charleston dwelling round 2 a.m. Sunday. Police say Partitions received into an argument with a suspect recognized as Jack Rolfe, 33, of St. Albans.
Police say the investigation revealed the argument escalated and Rolfe pulled out the gun and shot the sufferer. Police say he then fled the scene.
Partitions later died at a Charleston hospital. Rolfe is now wished on a warrant for first diploma homicide. He was final seen leaving the scene in a white Ford Fusion car.
