The Sixth Worldwide New Media Paintings Triennial formally opened on Friday on the Huairou campus of the Beijing Film Academy. Themed “Prime Matter and Memory”, the triennial showcases the cutting-edge works of over 100 artists worldwide.
The exhibition choices quite a lot of ingenious expressions, from futuristic and sci-fi to digital reinterpretations of typical Chinese language language arts. Using extraordinarily ingenious new media languages, the artists create an immersive dialogue bridging actuality and the digital realm, connecting historic previous with the long term.
