Marrakech – BLS International Services Limited, which operates visa services for Spain and Portugal in Morocco, has announced a strategic technology partnership with Sypha AI to deploy next-generation digital infrastructure powered by artificial intelligence.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the modernization of complex mission-critical systems through Sypha AI’s software engineering platform, which drives automated technological upgrades, advanced architectural automation, and secure code generation.
It also seeks to enhance operational excellence in Morocco’s visa processing centers and across global operations.
BLS International operates as a partner to governments and diplomatic missions across multiple countries. In Morocco, it has maintained an established presence since 2016, managing eight visa application centers across six cities, including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Tetouan, Agadir, and Nador.
The company defines itself as providing secure, modernized services fully compliant with Spanish and Portuguese diplomatic mission standards.
The company will implement Sypha’s AI-driven software engineering platform to modernize legacy systems and build scalable, intelligent solutions for global visa processing operations.
The partnership enables BLS International to accelerate software development, upgrade legacy platforms, and deploy advanced solutions tailored to visa, consular, and citizen services worldwide.
The platform enables system updates in reduced timeframes while improving speed, reliability, and compliance standards.
Sypha’s platform automates architecture refactoring and application development processes. These capabilities allow enterprises to re-engineer complex systems in reduced timeframes while maintaining compliance standards.
Expected improvements also include faster deployment of digital services, significantly reduced visa processing times, enhanced fraud detection and risk analysis systems, and improved user experiences for citizens and travelers.
Global travel growth boosts tech demand
The collaboration addresses growing expectations from travelers and government actors, particularly in dynamic markets like Morocco.
The global visa outsourcing market is projected to grow from $1.7 billion in 2024 to $3.2 billion by 2029. International travel acceleration drives demand for advanced technology solutions in visa processing operations.

Fiscal year 2026 marked a strategic expansion for BLS International, which secured key contracts and recorded its best quarterly results.
The global service provider obtained agreements from India in China, Cyprus in Kazakhstan, and Slovakia across 80 countries, expanding its presence in Asia and Europe.
The company reported consolidated revenue of approximately $88.5 million, representing a 48.8% year-over-year increase, with net profit reaching $22.3 million, up 27.4% annually.
