In Friday’s victory over the Raptors, Kon Knueppel led the way for the Hornets as he recorded 21 points and seven assists while Tidjane Salaun added 21 points and three assists of his own off the bench.
Now Charlotte will try to grab another victory on Sunday night in a tough home matchup against the Nuggets.
On the other side, Denver enters Sunday’s contest with a 16-6 record after defeating the Atlanta Hawks on the road on Friday night.

Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets in Friday’s victory as he ended the game with 40 points, nine rebounds and eight assists while Jamal Murray recorded 23 points, five rebounds and 12 assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Nuggets Injury Report, Will Aaron Gordon Play?
For the Nuggets, they have three players listed on their injury report for Sunday, including forward Aaron Gordon.

Denver has ruled out Gordon as he continues to be sidelined due to a right hamstring strain that has kept him out since November 22.
With Gordon still sidelined, Peyton Watson and Spencer Jones could continue to have increased roles.

The Nuggets have also ruled out Christian Braun as he remains sidelined due to a left ankle sprain while Julian Strawther is out due to lower back injury management.
Hornets Injury Report, Will LaMelo Ball, Collin Sexton Play?
On the other side, the Hornets have seven players listed on their injury report, including star guard LaMelo Ball.

Charlotte has ruled out Ball due to a left ankle bone bruise that caused him to exit Friday’s victory over the Raptors early.

With Ball sidelined, Sion James and KJ Simposon could be in line for increased roles, especially with the Hornets ruling out Collin Sexton due to a left quad strain and Tre Mann with a right knee bone bruise.

The Hornets have also ruled out Pat Connaughton, Josh Green and Grant Williams as they continue to be sidelined while Moussa Diabate has been listed as questionable with right knee soreness.
