Eminem respectfully handed on the prospect to seem on Nas‘ 2012 music “Daughters,” and for good purpose.
Joined by his Mild-Years producer DJ Premier, Nas was a visitor on the newest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, the place he recounted approaching Eminem to collaborate on “Daughters.” The music, which tackled the rapper’s relationship together with his then-teenage daughter, Future Jones, appeared on Nas’ tenth studio album Life Is Good.
“Each report I do shouldn’t be a battle,” Nas stated across the 52-minute mark of the video under. “I keep in mind I had despatched this music ‘Daughters’ to Eminem and on the time he had spent a lot time talking on daughters … he was like, ‘Thanks, however I am not going to.’”
