UK Faces 2-Hour Delay on Friday, December 12


LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 12, 2025) — Within the curiosity of security and well-being of our campus, the College of Kentucky is working on a two-hour delay on Friday, Dec. 12, as a consequence of inclement climate. UK HealthCare services stay open and are working on common schedule. 

In-person actions for college kids earlier than 10 a.m. are canceled. 

Plan B (designated) staff ought to report back to work on common schedule. All different college staff (excluding UK HealthCare) are to report back to work at 10 a.m.

Designated staff by way of distant entry ought to work remotely throughout Plan B operations. If staff have questions on procedures for his or her work, they need to contact their supervisor.
